– 120 g millet
– 1 egg, nutmeg to taste
– 70 g Grana Padano grated
– 150 g Provola cheese diced (or any other stringy paste cheese of your choice)
– black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile rinse the millet, drain and cook it in 2 cups of water for ab.15 minutes. Once it has puffed up, add in the egg, nutmeg, 50 g of Grana Padano and the Provola cheese. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for ab. 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle some extra Grana Padano and a pinch of black pepper on top and serve.
