Ingredients

– 180 g millet
– 14 tbsps. tahini
– 1 onion finely diced
– 2½ tsps. celery seeds
– 2½ tbsps. soy sauce
– 1 tbsp. EVO
Directions
Rinse the millet and soak it in a pot in water at room temperature for 6 hours. Then bring the water and millet to a boil, quickly turn the heat to low and cover, simmering for 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork, and let it sit uncovered for a few minutes to cool. At this point, add in the tahini, onion, celery seeds and soy sauce. Mix well. Shape the mixture into patties and gently fry over medium heat in a lightly oiled pan for a few minutes on each side until brown. Serve them either plain or with some tomatoes salad on the side.
