– 300 g oat
– 8 zucchinis batonnet-chopped
– 4 small carrots batonnet-chopped
– 4 slices of tofu manually crumbled
– soy sauce as required
Fill a pot with abundant salted water and cook the oat grains for ab. 45-50 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set the oat aside to cool. Meanwhile, in a non-stick pan, sauté the carrots and zucchinis with soy sauce.
Then, add in tofu crumbs and let it cook for a couple of minutes more.
Finally, mix the sautéed vegetables with oat and serve it warm
